The process is very simple:

• Contact a technician for support
• Pre-pay online
• Download and install a small program that will allow our technicians to remotely connect to your computer and fix any issues you may be having
• Allow our technician to connect to your computer
• Go grab a cup of coffee and a donut
• Your technician will call you when your computer is fixed
